Join fellow Clemson alumni, family, & friends for a special evening of networking and celebrating, with Clemson legend Tajh Boyd!
Hosted at The Players on historic Gramercy Park, the event will feature inspiring remarks by ‘Dabo’s first quarterback,’ as well as complimentary drinks & hors d’oeuvres and the chance to win a 2018 National Championship football autographed by Dabo Swinney.
Please note: the dress code for The Players is Business Casual (no shorts, sneakers, t-shirts, or ripped jeans). This event is only open to attendees 21 & over.
About Tajh Boyd – The first quarterback Dabo Swinney signed as head coach went 32-8 in his 3 seasons as a starter and led our Tigers to their first ACC Championship (and top-10 ranking) in 20 years. Dabo calls Tajh a “massive piece to the foundation of our program today.” Now a successful businessman, podcast host, and sports analyst, Tajh remains closely connected to the program he helped to build and serves as a mentor to the marquee quarterbacks who’ve followed in his footsteps.
About The Players – The Players is a private social club that draws its membership from the international theatre community, the related fields of film, television, music, and publishing, as well as respected patrons of the arts. On December 31, 1888, renowned actor Edwin Booth deeded his Gothic Revival mansion, along with his extensive library and collection of art and theatre memorabilia, to the newly organized club. More than 130 years later, The Players continues to celebrate the rich cultural life of New York City with exclusive member-only events at its historic location.
